While we primarily offer courier and logistics services rather than product sales, this return policy outlines our procedures for handling delivery-related issues, package returns, and service refunds. Eligibility for Returns

Undelivered Packages

If a package was not delivered due to our error or service failure, you are eligible for a full refund or redelivery at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages

Claims for damaged packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and provide appropriate compensation.

Service Cancellations

Scheduled deliveries can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a 25% processing fee.

Exceptions & Limitations

Incorrect Address Information

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, additional redelivery fees may apply.

Force Majeure Events

Delays or failures caused by natural disasters, severe weather, or other events beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
